1. What is the minimum stay for a villa?

Rental periods are generally 7 nights. Some owners allow stays of 5 nights, with or without an additional cleaning fee. The short-stay section of our website also lists villas with shorter gaps available to book.

2. What is included in the price?

The accommodation price includes electricity, water, gas, pool maintenance, garden maintenance and internet.

3. Are children included in the guest count?

Everyone aged 2 and over is included in the number of guests. The capacity stated on the villa's website page must not be exceeded.

4. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 15:00 and 19:00. Check-out is between 08:00 and 10:00.

5. Are pets accepted?

Pets are not accepted unless otherwise stated for the property.

6. When is the villa cleaned?

Arrival cleaning is included, and the villa is handed over clean. Additional cleaning services incur an extra charge.

7. How is pool maintenance carried out?

The property's attendant carries out pool maintenance daily in the early morning.

8. Are the properties insured?

This is the owner's responsibility. Property insurance does not cover losses suffered by guests staying temporarily for a holiday. We recommend arranging travel insurance.

9. Is a damage deposit required?

Damage deposits range from TRY 500 to TRY 2,000. Check the details page of your chosen villa for its amount. The deposit collected on arrival is returned on departure if no damage has occurred.

10. What are the cancellation conditions?

11. Can the villa's pool be seen from outside?

Pool terraces in our secluded pool villa category are screened from outside view, although there remains a 5% allowance for the possibility of visibility.

12. What should we bring to the villa?

Your personal belongings are sufficient.

13. Do you own the villas?

We own the villas in the “Villas for Rent by Owner” category. For the other properties, we act as an intermediary.
