Our rental holiday villa is located in the Patara area of Kalkan and is a villa immersed in nature. It is 14 km away from Kalkan town center. Our villa has a nature view and its pool terrace is enclosed so that the pool area is not visible from the outside, making it one of our pool area not visible villas.

Villa Kutay has 2 bedrooms and is decorated to accommodate up to 4 people. Both bedrooms are equipped with jacuzzis. Additionally, the villa features an indoor heated pool, a Turkish bath, and a sauna, which are available during the winter months as well. It is an ideal choice for honeymoon couples and small families. Holiday villa Kutay offers our valuable guests a peaceful holiday option, with the sunset accompanying you in the evenings.
Note: The indoor heated pool can be opened for an extra 1,000 TL per day.

The pool terrace of our villa is sheltered; it is 84 meters in size and 1.50 meters deep.
The indoor heated pool is 42 meters in size and 1.10 meters deep.
